In our schools, you will find highly qualified teachers with continued opportunities for professional growth, a safe and stimulating learning environment, and a strong sense of community. We understand that the first home-to-school transition is central to laying the foundation of future years. We are dedicated to both you and your child in establishing the early years classroom as the first rung on the educational ladder and in ensuring Orchard House as the perfect first step in this journey.

Our Curriculum

Orchard House’s innovative, bilingual curriculum merges the teachings of Dr. Maria Montessori together with the latest research on the benefits of both creative, self-directed play and of scaffolded, teacher-led instruction.

Recent research continues to highlight the crucial role of positive and purposeful early experiences in the development of your young child’s brain. The experiences to which your child is exposed therefore need to be carefully considered as your child embarks on his or her journey towards becoming a successful, life-long learner.

The Three Components of our Program

Program by Age

Although Montessori classrooms are traditionally divided into multi-age classrooms, our school chooses to divide the children into very small groups by age. Such small groups allow your child to share developmentally-appropriate experiences with their peers, whilst receiving the individualized attention they deserve from their homeroom teacher.
